3P_Urban_Process was established in 1995 by P. Ivorra and J.L. Pichel. Since starting - a series of small residential projects and a cultural centre for the Council of Redondela - the main offices has been located in the Area of Santiago de Compostela, North of Spain.

Today the practice has also an office in London and employs a total of approx. 14 persons, including 8 architects and technical staff.

The office has been providing design, construction and planning services within all fields of architecture: Culture, Health, Education, Housing, Business, Industry, Sports…

The practice looks for an architectural language which is simple, clear and unpretentious. Our projects are developed around the rationality of the program and in relationship with the surrounding landscape; delivering specific architecture in response to: the nature of the client, specific constraints and resources available (technical, human, financial, etc).

The office has undertaken a wide range of projects in the residential, industrial and public building sectors with values from £ 40K to £ 12.7M. Also the office has considerable experience in consultancy development working in a dynamic collaboration with the client.
